The Fifa 14 Selector application requires some patches before you can actually modify the content. The folders you have to select are the ones where the data is located (usually Fifa 14 installation). I recommend visiting the Soccergaming forums where you can see how to use the application, install the patches, etc. The developer chose to release the software on that forum.
